How does the custom fit work?

Each set is created using your unique nail measurements. After placing your order, you’ll complete your Tailor Fit Profile by submitting photos of your hands. We use this to create a precision-fit set tailored to your natural nail shape.

When do I submit my photos?

After checkout, new customers will receive a link to complete their Tailor Fit Profile. This step is required before your set can be created.

Do I need to submit photos every time I order?

No—once your Tailor Fit Profile is created, you won’t need to resubmit photos for future orders unless something changes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each set is made to order. Production and processing times will be provided at checkout.

What if my nails don’t fit?

If there are any fit issues, we’ll work with you to make it right. Our goal is a seamless, natural fit.

Accurate photo submission is essential for the best results—please ensure nails are bare and follow the provided guidelines.

How long do the nails last?

With proper application, nails can last up to 1–2 weeks using glue. Adhesive tabs are best for shorter wear.

What’s included in my order?

Each set includes your custom-fit nails and a cuticle stick for prep.

We include only what’s essential to reduce unnecessary waste. Most tools, like nail files, are commonly owned and can be used for application.

Adhesive options and additional prep tools can be added to your order if needed.

How many nails are included in each set?

Each set includes 10 nails, one for each finger, custom-fit to your unique measurements.

Because each set is made to your exact size, extra nails are not included. This also helps reduce unnecessary waste.

At this time, additional nails are not available to order separately.

Can I reuse the nails?

Yes, nails can be reused depending on wear and removal. See our care instructions for best results.
